AIC Dopiaza Curry Powder Seasoning 40g Pack (Serves 4)\n\nA tasty seasoning packed with Indian spices to create a traditional dopiaza curry.\nIngredients:\n--600-700g preferred meat or vegetable (chicken, beef, fish, tofu, potato & squash work perfectly)\n--2 finely chopped onions\n--40g Tongmaster dopiaza curry seasoning blend\n--400g chopped tomatoes\n--300ml stock\n--100ml natural yoghurt\n--1tbsp honey\n--2 garlic cloves \u2013 crushed\n--Fresh coriander to garnish\n\nMethod:\n--Chop the meat and add to a bowl with the yoghurt and half of the seasoning mix, stir and leave to marinade for at least 20 minutes.\n--Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and garlic, cook for three minutes until the onion begins to soften, add the remaining spice mix, honey and cook for a further 1 minute.\n--To the pan, add the chopped tomatoes, stock and a big pinch of salt and bring to the boil, simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally then remove from the heat and blend until smooth.\n.
