BRUTALLY FINNISH: Like half of the Finnish population, the idea for Kyro's all-rye distillery was conceived in the sauna.home is an old dairy in the heart of Finland and we must say it produces some pretty good spirits. FULL AND COMPLEX FLAVOUR: Made with 100 Percent malted Finnish rye and finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, Kyrö Malt Oloroso is full on rye with a sherry twist. Expect dried fruits and caramel on the nose with a palate of sweet rye bread and honey and a peppery finish. THE IDEAL SERVE: Enjoy neat over plenty of ice for a simple serve - or give it a try for a new twist in your favourite whisky cocktail. 100 Percent RYE: It may be the hardest grain to distil due to its temperament, but we will still only ever use Finnish wholegrain rye inproducts - be it whisky, gin or liqueur.
