Class O Armaflex pipe insulation by Armacell is crafted from nitrile rubber, ideal for various applications, including hot and cold water services, chilled water lines, ductwork, and refrigerated pipework. Its flexible yet durable nature allows for easy installation without damage. Armaflex insulation minimizes frost on pipes, conserves energy, and controls condensation, reducing both utility bills and repair costs. The insulation is dust and fibre-free with a built-in vapour barrier for extra efficiency. Its zero surface spread of flame offers excellent fire safety, and it helps reduce pipe noise. Available in 2m lengths, it accommodates different pipe sizes and wall thicknesses. The dimensions include a 15mm pipe size and 25mm wall thickness. Each pack contains 24 lengths with a 48m coverage. It features thermal conductivity of 0.034 W/mK at 0C, 0.036 W/mK at 20C, and 0.038 W/mK at 40C. Armaflex provides built-in anti-microbial protection, limiting mould and bacteria growth..
