Class O Armaflex pipe insulation from Armacell, made from nitrile rubber, insulates various pipes, including hot and cold water services, chilled water lines, ductwork, and refrigerated pipework. It is flexible, durable, easy to install, and minimizes damage risk. It reduces frost, conserves energy, controls condensation, and saves on bills and repairs. The insulation is dust and fibre-free, with a built-in vapour barrier for extra energy efficiency. It has a zero surface spread of flame for fire safety and offers acoustic insulation benefits by reducing noise. Armaflex is supplied in 2m lengths in different sizes and thicknesses. Dimensions: Pipe Size: 22mm, Wall Thickness: 13mm, with 52 lengths per pack (104m coverage). Thermal conductivity is 0.034 W/mK at 0C, 0.036 W/mK at 20C, and 0.038 W/mK at 40C, with Class 0 surface spread of flames and Class 1 fire performance.
