Armacell's Class O Armaflex pipe insulation is made from flexible, closed-cell elastomeric nitrile rubber. It's designed to insulate pipes in various applications like hot and cold water services, refrigerated pipework, ductwork, and chilled water lines. This flexible, durable product slips easily over pipes without damage. It prevents frost, conserves energy, and regulates condensation, reducing the risk of costly repairs. Armaflex insulation is dust and fibre-free with a built-in vapor barrier, enhancing energy-saving. It features antimicrobial protection to reduce mould and bacteria growth. Available in various sizes, it has excellent fire safety with zero surface spread of flame and provides some acoustic insulation. Thermal conductivity is 0.034 W/mK at 0C, 0.036 W/mK at 20C, and 0.038 W/mK at 40C. Available in 2m lengths with various sizes and wall thicknesses. Fire performance: Class 1.
