Batasiolo

Distinctive Features: Barolo DOCG Boscareto is a clear example of how Barolo from Serralunga remains a true ace over time. Powerful and very appealing for the most important of meals, yet remarkable for sipping. Vinification: The Nebbiolo grapes, harvested by hand in the second half of October in the Boscareto vineyard in Serralunga, are destemmed, macerated and left to ferment on the skins for at least 10-12 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with regular pumping over. Refinement starts in Slavonian oak casks and ends in the bottle. Grape Type: Rightly dubbed the Italian "King of Wines”, it is made from Nebbiolo grapes only. Thin skin, long vegetative cycle, light colour and noble astringency are the predominant varietal characteristics of the symbol of Piedmont and Italy in the world. Terroir: This is an example of how the southern peaks of Serralunga hold a special place in the making of Barolo. Traditional and austere, fresh and tannin are just a few of a long list of descriptors that make this wine a ruthless lover, irresistible in its territorial connection and capable of making you wait forever. Batasiolo labels are being restyled: you may already receive the products with the new design. In this case, we guarantee that the wine and its characteristics remain unchanged and that the quality of the product is always the same as you love.
